My life has been accompanied by changes. The fall of the Berlin Wall, the dawn of an entirely new world, initial education, establishment of a company with 100 employees, studies in Paris, Singapore, Oxford, leadership roles in an international media company, nine years as a board member of a German publishing house – my experiences during times of profound change have shaped me.

As a consultant, I support you in finding and implementing options for action in complex and demanding change situations. My guiding principle is my respect for your autonomy: only you, as an independent individual, can decide on your next steps. I assist you by asking questions and sketching new perspectives. You can contemplate yesterday, today, and tomorrow in a secure space, and with my experience, knowledge, and presence, I am your partner in this dialogue.
